  • Make sure to sign the agreement sent to you via email - you must get this signed prior to starting!

  • Take front, side, & back progress photos & upload to Trainerize.

  • Set up your orientation call with your coach - your coach will send you a link in WhatsApp to get this set up!

  • Start tracking your food so we can get your nutrition protocols ASAP - you have the option to use MyFitnessPal or our In-App Food Tracker!

  • Optional: Start working your way through the Flex Performance Course - you can access the course by clicking here or through the invite sent via email!
